Puppy Purchase
- Puppy prices are typically $1500/puppy.
- All puppies are sold after 8 weeks old (sometimes older if needed to ensure a healthy transition to their new home).
- Every puppy comes with a Health Examination from our local Veterinarian, and their first set of puppy shots.
- We do dock tails at 3 days old. If you want an Aussiedoodle with a tail, please notify us prior to the expected due date.
- We do remove dew claws at 3 days old. Dew claws can cause problems for the dogs as they get older.
- If you want to reserve a puppy, we will hold it for you for a $250 deposit. The deposit is not refundable but is transferrable to another available puppy.
- Do not hesitate to reach out if you want additional information about any of our puppies or have questions about our breeding program. For more photos and videos, check out our Facebook Page. Thanks for visiting!

New Owner Information
Congratulations on your new puppy! We want to help make the transition to your home as smooth and successful as possible.
Your Puppy's Records
- Please refer to the goodie bag provided at pickup for all medical records and important documentation.
- Your puppy's first vaccinations and deworming treatments have already been completed and are documented in the records booklet included with your puppy.
Future Veterinary Care
It is important to schedule your puppy's first veterinary appointment shortly after bringing them home. Your veterinarian will help you:
- Complete the remaining puppy vaccination series (a total of three puppy vaccinations is recommended).
- Establish a deworming schedule and provide monthly preventative medication.
- Recommend appropriate flea, tick, and heartworm prevention based on your area and lifestyle.
- Monitor your puppy's growth and overall health.
Puppy Nutrition
- At Little Hawcreek Doodles, we start our puppies on a high-quality diet to give them the best possible beginning.
- We currently feed Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin Puppy Formula, which has been well tolerated by our puppies and supports healthy digestion, skin, and coat development.
- If you choose to switch to a different food, we recommend making the transition gradually over 7-10 days to help avoid digestive upset.
- We are always happy to answer questions and provide support as your puppy settles into life with your family. Welcome to the Little Hawcreek Doodles family!

Potty Training
We use what we refer to as “Potty Pools” to help with potty training the puppies. We put a shallow tray or a small kiddie pool in the puppy’s pen, full of compressed pine bedding. When training begins, we pick up their poop, soak up their urine, and put it in the pans. Pretty quickly they realize they are supposed to potty in there…and they do! It helps us to keep their pens clean and sanitary, and it will help you train your pup when he or she gets to your home. When you get your pup home, if you want to offer them a place to potty inside, while you are training them to go outside, fill a litter pan with Natural Pine Pelletized Bedding (available at Tractor Supply store) and show them where it is.
